Description: This course is designed for anyone who takes care of children, daycares, parents, grandparents and babysitters. This is a non-credentialing course. Family and friends who want to learn CPR, but do not need a course completion card are encouraged to attend. The first aid portion of the course is targeted for those caring for infants, children or others who need in-home care, but who also do not need course completion credentials. Participants that require a Heartsaver completion card in CPR must complete an adult CPR skills test for an additional $5 to receive a completion card.

Description: A seven week, eight session program to help people who want to quit smoking. Up to three months of FREE nicotine replacement is available. The deposits made at the beginning of the program will be refunded to each participant who is smoke-free on their six-month follow-up. Follow-up phone calls will be made at three, six and 12 months. Each session will last 30 minutes.
